Returns & Refund Policy

At Clyro, we take pride in delivering premium-quality iPhone cases that combine protection, performance, and design.
Each order is carefully checked before dispatch — but if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind, wrong model selection, or design preference.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


2. Return Process

If your product is damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at support@clyrocase.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  3. Our team will verify the claim and share return instructions if approved.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product reaches us:

  • It will be inspected to confirm the reported damage or defect.

  • If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 working days of inspection.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 3 working days after inspection approval.

  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect in your account.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If your product was damaged or incorrect, Clyro will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
