At ClyroCase.com (“Clyro”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Yuneki, we take pride in delivering premium-quality iPhone cases that combine protection, performance, and design.
Each order is carefully checked before dispatch — but if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for:

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind, wrong model selection, or design preference.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
2. Return Process
If your product is damaged or defective:

Email us at support@clyrocase.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include the following details:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

Our team will verify the claim and share return instructions if approved.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned product reaches us:

It will be inspected to confirm the reported damage or defect.

If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 working days of inspection.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 3 working days after inspection approval.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs

If your product was damaged or incorrect, Clyro (operated by Yuneki) will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is initiated for any other reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
