  • Payments can be made via UPI / Credit or Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallets / COD (if available).

  • A small handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Once shipped, delays caused by courier operations, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@clyrocase.com with proof (photos/videos).

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after inspection and approval.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only; once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
